Mikita MAKAYOU

Mikita focuses his practice on international taxation and corporate issues. He is an expert on tax planning and asset protection schemes. He graduated from Belarusian State University with a Diploma in International Private Law before going on to get a Master of laws degree.

He also gained a CPE certificate in international taxation in Prague, and completed postgraduate studies in SGH Warsaw School of Economics and at the University of Warsaw in Poland. He has extensive experience in international tax and corporate planning, drafting agreements and appraising amendments to different documents in corporate and tax areas. Mikita regularly advises clients on preferential tax regimes of investment activity. He also drafts forms of contracts specifically tailored to clients’ needs and requirements, and helps clients comply with the tax requirements of different countries.He is team-minded and always hungry for challenges.
