David is a commercially-minded chartered governance professional and chartered secretary, with a broad range of corporate and commercial experience spanning over 15 years across companies of all sizes.

He has extensive experience of overseeing the day-to-day obligations of companies with shares listed on public stock exchanges, both in the UK and North America, and advising directors on corporate governance best practice.

David read computer science & business administration at Kent University before specialising in corporate governance, in which he was awarded a Masters Degree with Distinction from London Southbank University.

He is a member of ICSA, The Chartered Governance Institute, and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
