Yuliya is a lawyer/ tax advisor with has over 15 years’ experience in the support of investment projects. She has significant experience in cross-border business structuring and building up multijurisdictional corporate structures.

Prior to joining LEXeFISCAL Yuliya provided business and legal support to international clients on taxation, investments, international trade and construction, including development and implementation of corporate structures. She has comprehensive coordination and management skills, broad experience of international tax planning and project structuring, and considerable experience in the B2B and B2C sectors, including banking, construction and development, and foreign investments.

Yuliya has a Masters degree in Corporate Law and a Specialist degree in Economic Law. She also earned a Master of Advanced Studies in International Tax Law at Leiden University, the Netherlands.

She speaks Russian, Belarusian and English.
