Throughout his career, Kaleem has held senior roles at renowned organisations such as Avison Young, Forty Group, and Arnold Hill & Co., where he led service charge accounting, credit control, treasury functions, and system integration across complex property portfolios. He has overseen RICS audits, managed reconciliations for portfolios exceeding 150 properties, and regularly reports on rent collection, income forecasting, and VAT compliance—including VAT inspections and filings.

Kaleem’s operational expertise covers a wide variety of property types, including:

• Residential blocks and mixed-use developments

• Office buildings and retail premises

• Shopping centres, retail parks, garages, and storage units

He has a strong command of industry-standard platforms including Yardi, Manhattan, Xero, and Sage, and routinely sets up client and deposit accounts for both UK and non-resident landlords in line with UK regulations. He is also experienced with the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme (NRL) and supports clients in structuring tax-efficient property holding arrangements, tailored to their needs.
