He has advised on the cross-border migration of trusts, conducting comparative analyses between Italy, Grenada, and Cyprus, with a focus on UK exit charges and jurisdiction-specific advantages.

 

In the cryptocurrency space, Zain has implemented effective tax recovery strategies, including the use of Negligible Value Claims, and successfully secured NT Code status through compliant filing procedures.

 

His corporate experience includes contributing to global reorganisation projects with a focus on IP structuring across the UK, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai. He performs business valuations using Valutico and WACC methodologies for both estate planning and commercial applications, including the valuation of a fleet management company to support inheritance tax optimisation and financing negotiations.

 

He has independently managed multiple probate cases, overseeing asset collection, IHT400 preparation, and direct communication with beneficiaries. Zain also serves as a trusted advisor to UHNWIs and business owners across various jurisdictions, acting as their primary point of contact for complex financial and tax matters.
